  In the official LTO reviewer, the answer is "A" so this what you might to select in the actual LTO examination. However we don't recommend you to do this in an actual situation, there are cases where you should not pick-up an injured person yourself especially if you're unsure about the extent of the injury. An injured neck or back could get aggravated when mishandled. It's best to call an ambulance and let the paramedics pick them up and bring them to the nearest hospital.
