A. you have to be cautious and aware of oncoming vehicles from both left and right sides of the road.
B. the vehicles coming from the left are faster
C. the road has more lanes
Before you make a left turn you must check your mirror, then signal for at least 30 meters while you position your vehicle towards the center of the road not beyond the center line. Remember to look over your shoulder to check your blind spot if you have to change lane, and give way to oncoming traffic before you make the left turn. Have a quick glance over your left shoulder, too, before you make the turn, just to make sure that no one is trying to overtake you.
